New enabled site for DE-CIX Kuala Lumpur

We are expanding our presence in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area through a cooperation with the data center operator PLTPRO. Through the partnership, PLTPRO customers can benefit from fast and easy access to DE-CIX and take advantage of our interconnection services, including direct connections to cloud service providers such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.

Demand for interconnection services

PLTPRO offers world-class services, and the Malaysian data center is recognized as one of the premiere facilities worldwide. The neutral data center has over 200 enterprise and governmental organization customers and the expansion serves their increased demand for interconnection services and data capacities.

Our location in Kuala Lumpur is part of the DE-CIX Asia platform, a first-of-its-kind distributed Internet Exchange in Southeast Asia, also covering the Johor Bahru metropolitan market, Singapore, and Borneo. Over 50 networks from across the region are already connected to the DE-CIX Asia platform.
