Internet Exchange Demystified

On 22 March, we’ve held our first DE-CIX Malaysia webinar for the year with great success.

Co-hosted with UOA Group, the event titled “Demystifying Internet Exchange and Cloud Exchange” saw over 40 participants from across the industry including financial services, cybersecurity, and property.

All of them joined the webinar to hear the overviews and latest updates on the Internet Exchange and the cloud.

One of our speakers, Harald Kriener, DE-CIX Business Development Manager for DirectCLOUD, got the ball rolling with an introduction to the Internet Exchange and the Cloud Exchange.

The webinar changed gears when DE-CIX Board Member, Weng Yew Wong took centre stage to highlight the benefits of the Internet Exchange for enterprises.

After a round of questions from the audience, the webinar closed its virtual doors just after the hour mark.
