We operate across four strategic locations — Cyberjaya, Johor Bahru, Penang, and our upcoming hub in Kedah. By running these locations in an active/active mode, both pathways are live simultaneously. If a specific node experiences hardware stress or a physical outage, traffic is instantly and automatically rerouted. This highly available setup, backed by industry-leading Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensures that localised disruptions never compromise the broader interconnection fabric.

and DirectCLOUD cloud exchange—at NTT DATA’s CBJ1 Data Centre in Cyberjaya. Simultaneously, our development of a connectivity hub at the Malaysia-Thailand border in Bukit Kayu Hitam positions us to seamlessly manage the massive volume of Indochina traffic flowing through the northern corridor.
